Cute Gosling Rescue

The camping trip was being planned for some weeks and finally you all got the opportunity to go camping. The tents were set up, the camp fire was burning and everyone had something or the other to do according to their respective interest. You were sitting by the stream watching the crystal clear water flow with a very nice sound. Suddenly you notice a mother duck and its ducklings quacking ceaselessly. You then see one duckling on the rock by the stream and it was injured. This was probably the reason that the ducks were quacking so much. Please do something for the injured duckling.
