Labour Day Factory Escape

He is not a labour by choice but by circumstances. He is highly qualified for a good job in any reputed office but just because he could not pay the bribe to the recruiting officers, he never got the job that he deserves. He needed to pay his bills and so he had no choice by to start working in this factory as a labour. Today it is Labour Day and everyone is on leave but he decides to work overtime and get some extra money. Unfortunately, he has been locked inside by the guard who did not know that he was working inside. Can he find another way to escape from this factory?
