You run a big farm that has been passed down from generations. It must be said that you have done a good job until now and the farm business has grown noticeably ever since you had taken it over from your old father. One of the main reasons for your success has been you hard working attitude. Every morning you get up to come to the farmhouse to give the workers whatever they need for the day’s work. You also give them instructions to improve their efficiency. Even today, you have come to the farmhouse to supply the working tools to the workers.
