Railway Signal Escape

All modern facilities do come with their own share of disadvantage. Recently the mayor in your city announced that all traffic signals would be made automatic and he requested all the people to follow the signals responsibly. Today as you were driving down the street you can across a railway crossing where the red light was on and the barrier was down. You noticed an ambulance in front of your car waiting for the green light to come on and the barrier to go up. The wait is turning out to be too long now and it seems like there is something wrong with the traffic signal. You should get out of your car and fix the signal as soon as possible because it is an emergency for the patient in the ambulance.
